When Moses’ hands grew tired, Aaron and Hur stepped in.

Exodus 17:10–13 reminds us that even the strongest leaders need support. Moses was chosen by God, yet there came a moment when he couldn’t hold up his arms alone. Victory came not because Moses was strong enough, but because others were willing to stand beside him.

How often do we try to carry everything by ourselves? Or expect our pastors, teachers, parents, and leaders to do the same?

Sometimes the greatest ministry isn’t leading from the front—it’s standing beside someone and helping them keep their hands raised.

Today, look for someone you can encourage. Send a text. Offer a prayer. Share the load. Your support may be the very thing God uses to help them keep going.

“Aaron and Hur held up his hands… so his hands remained steady till the going down of the sun.” — Exodus 17:12

Thank you to everyone who joined us for worship this Sunday. If a song spoke to your heart, encouraged you, or simply helped you focus on Jesus, take some time to listen again throughout the week.

May these songs remind you that God’s presence isn’t limited to Sunday mornings. As you go through your week, continue to worship, pray, and reflect on His goodness, grace, and faithfulness.

“Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” — 1 Corinthians 10:31

Self-centered attitudes and motivations naturally lead to self-centered actions. Conversely, when our attitudes, motivations, and intentions are Christ-centered, our actions reflect that foundation.

Sanctification is being set apart, a conscious choice to let God guide your life for His purposes. It starts with salvation and continues as spiritual growth, leading to a complete dedication where you relinquish control and let God lead.

04/14/2026

The idea of achieving perfection on your own is a misconception. Sanctification isn't about reaching peak performance by yourself; it's about being set apart. It's a transformative process God initiates, molding and reshaping your life to reflect the character of Jesus.

Despite Pilate finding no fault, Jesus was betrayed by the people, who demanded the release of Barabbas instead. He endured brutal flogging, mocking, and a crown of thorns before being forced to carry his cross to Golgotha for crucifixion and burial.
