HOMECOMING June 14, 2026
This is a special time to look back on God's blessings and look forward to our future together. Whether you are a long-time member, a new friend, or someone who has not worshiped with us in a while, you are an important part of our church family's story, and we invite you to join us. Rev. Mike Adrews of Canaan Baptist Church in Augusta will bring the message. Carolina The Band will be our special music guests during the 10 o'clock hour and will sing in the Worship Service as well. Lunch is covered dish with the church adding some BBQ and stew. Other meats, casseroles, side dishes, salads, and desserts are needed to add to the table. Thanks!

ATTENTION VAN RIDERS: The van will run 30 minutes earlier than normal Wednesday because the cookout & waterslide starts at 6pm. The form that went home last week must be signed and turned into Mrs. Traci before getting on the waterslide. Mrs. Susan will have some extra forms in the van for those that weren't at church last week. No signed form, no waterslide. Bring a towel and a change of clothes for the ride home.

Today we honour the women whose love reflects the heart of God. We celebrate every mother, aunt, grandmother, spiritual mother, and mother figure who expresses God's love through their kindness, strength, and faith. May the Lord bless you abundantly for the love you pour out every day.

Everyone please try to do this tomorrow because the donations will STAY LOCAL which is very important. I found a bag of items just by cleaning out my pantry so no trip to the grocery store was needed!

Important Calendar Reminders:
May 13th -Truth Seekers end of year waterslide and cookout. Parents and church family, please bring a chair and join us @ 6pm for hotdogs and fellowship under the trees in front of the church.
May 18th - Brotherhood & Ladies Fellowship @ 6:30pm. We will be serving meatloaf. Please bring sides and desserts to add to the table. We will have a guest speaker as well.
June 14th - Homecoming with Carolina The Band @ 10am and into the worship hour. Rev. Mike Andrews from Canaan Baptist Church in Augusta will bring the message. Covered dish lunch to follow with some BBQ & stew provided by the church. Feel free to bring additional meats, sides and desserts to help feed the crowd.

This Sunday we will recognize our three high school graduates Madison Lands, Trenesseya Wright, and Zay Cullars. It will be a special time to celebrate these young people.
May 13th - Truth Seekers end of year cookout with waterslide begins at 6pm. Information forms giving permission to participate will go home next Wednesday and must be returned on the 13th before your child will be allowed to get on the slide.
