Please join us in prayer as two of our church members undergo medical procedures tomorrow. We are praying for successful outcomes for both of them.

Heavenly Father,
We come before You tonight with humble hearts, lifting up our dear brother and sister who will be undergoing medical procedures tomorrow. You are the Lord our Healer and we trust You completely.

Lord, go before them. Calm every anxious thought, steady every heartbeat, and surround them with Your perfect peace. Let Your presence fill the hospital room. May they feel Your nearness in a way that is stronger than fear, greater than uncertainty.

Guide the hands of every doctor, nurse, and medical professional involved. Grant them wisdom, clarity, precision, and compassion. Let every decision be directed by You. We ask for smooth procedures, no complications, and swift, complete recovery.

Father, strengthen their bodies. Strengthen their families. Replace worry with faith. Remind them that they are never alone and that You are holding them in the palm of Your hand.

Your Word says in Isaiah 41:10, “Do not fear, for I am with you… I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” We stand on that promise tonight.

We declare healing. We declare peace. We declare Your goodness over tomorrow.

In the mighty name of Jesus we pray,
Amen.

Good evening Church family. Madelyn has decided that she would like to be baptized this Sunday so in the spirit of baptism, Preacher wants to have dinner on the grounds. So if you'd like to bring something it will be a blessing and welcomed and if you'd can't bring something or don't have time to prepare something, just stay and eat with us and be a blessing! We love y'all and missed those who couldn't make it tonight and a huge thank you to those who did show up and help clean 💓 We pray you all have an amazing rest of your week and we will see y'all on Sunday morning!

Church family just a word from preacher. I went back to the doctor this morning and he called in more medicine and told me I have the beginnings of RSV. You told me if I wasn't any better by Monday to definitely come back or if things got worse I should just go straight to the ER. I'm asking for y'all's prayers today that God would touch me that I would be able to preach in the morning. I will be staying in my office till church time. I don't wanna be around anybody, but I just feel that I need to be in my place and I need to preach tomorrow so y'all just pray that God would touch me and give me the strength that I need for in the morning. I love my church and I'm gonna keep my distance just for safety reasons. God bless y'all and I love each and every one of you.

Today we had the pleasure to visit with three residents at Heritage Nursing Home. One gentleman in particular, we have visited in years prior. He still had decorations In his room that we’ve brought to him before. Mr Leslie such a sweet man. It’s often heartbreaking to know there are people in nursing homes that have no family to visit, either by choice or by circumstances. We are so thankful that we could provide treats and company for these individuals and to remind them of the love of Jesus! Thank you to all who were able to attend and a special thank you to our Santa!

As the Christmas season draws near, our hearts turn toward the true reason for the season. In a world filled with decorations, busyness, and noise, we pause to remember that Christmas is not about what is under the tree, but about Who came down from heaven.

“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.”
Isaiah 9:6 (KJV)

Christmas is the celebration of God keeping His promise. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, not wrapped in royalty, but in humility—born in a manger so that all might come to Him.

“And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.”
Matthew 1:21 (KJV)

At Antioch Baptist Church, we rejoice in the greatest gift ever given—salvation through Jesus Christ. His birth was the beginning of God’s redemptive plan, motivated entirely by love.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16 (KJV)

As we prepare our homes and hearts this Christmas, may we not forget the miracle of Emmanuel—God with us.

“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us… full of grace and truth.”
John 1:14 (KJV)

✨ You are warmly invited to worship with us this season and beyond.
We are just a small country church—Bible-preaching, people-loving, and we truly mean it when we say come as you are. There is a place for you here.
