This past week (6/4) marked nine years since .b was installed as our pastor at Prince of Peace. A lot has changed since then but, thankfully our God’s goodness and mercy is not one of them! May Christ continue to be with us and bless our congregation and her families.

A couple times each year, we are blessed to humbly celebrate and publicly welcome new families to our Prince of Peace family. Last Sunday was one of those times. It never gets old to see our living Savior’s grace at work in our community as more people are drawn by His mercy. Bless and keep these and all our families, gracious Lord!

Easter is simply the best day of the year. We enjoy it so much at PoP, we forget to capture many of the treasured moments that take place throughout the day. But here are some of our family pictures, the kids enjoying the obstacle course, and Pastor Bater falling asleep on the bounce house after a long day. God be praised! Christ is risen; He is risen indeed!

Having a baptism in the Divine Service is always a beautifully humbling addition. But having SIX is indescribable! God bless the Rosas family and thank you Lord for the wonderful blessing this family has been to Prince of Peace!

What an AMAZING weekend! Thank you to Pastor Hunter for leading such an amazingly practical and beautifully enriching seminar. Thank you to the Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach for being such wonderful hosts. Thank you to all of the couples who attended and made a significant investment in your marriage. Most of all, thank you to our Good Shepherd, Jesus, for comforting and strengthening us through it all!
