We all made it through our first week of school!! Even though it was a warm one, we are so excited to have all the students and staff back in one building! We sure are blessed in so many ways.

Please remember that there is NO SCHOOL on Monday, September 7th for Labor Day. We will see everyone back on Tuesday.

My heart melted yesterday…. 💕 💗🥰
It was the 3K kiddos’ first day at TCS and there were 5 very proud, worried, and protective big brothers from Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade! It was so neat to see a different side to the big brothers that were on the playground within ten feet from door waiting to see and check in with their 3K brother or sister as they came out for recess. Hugs & cheers ensued as they seen each other, and then everyone was off to play! ❤️ I love this school! Thank you God for my TCS family.

Just a reminder that there is NO early release for TCS on Wednesday's! Please arrange pickup for your child(ren) as there will be no bus pickup.

Today in Mrs. Nowobielski’s classroom.
1st and 2nd grade learned about Affirmations.

Teaching affirmations to 1st and 2nd graders provides foundational psychological and emotional benefits during a critical window of child development. At this age, children are transitioning into more structured school environments, facing social comparison, and forming their core self-concept.

Today the class made bracelets. They picked an Affirmation word on the wall and they didn’t make it for themselves they made it for a friend in their class.

It was a treat to see how the kids felt about that little gesture when it was time to trade.

In Mrs. Nowobielski’s classroom they learned and will continue to learn to believe in themselves and others, to have each others backs as they aren’t just friends but a family.

They colored Affirmation words that meant to them.
