šŸ“ŒAttention all Men (Springfield and the Community 40-70 yrs old with spouses/partners)
Join us for a Cohort1 meeting for HEALCARE (Healthy Eating And Learning for Cancer Awareness, Research, and Education), a free, transformative 6-month program designed to promote healthy eating and to provide nutrition and cancer education for men aged 40-70 years of age, whether diagnosed with or at risk for prostate cancer. Together with your partner, embark on a journey to better health, while gaining valuable insights to improve your lifestyle. The meetings will be held on Tuesdays beginning on August 11 for Cohort 1 in the BRW. This is for 6 months, with 12 sessions. The cost is free. More meeting dates are available in the church office. You sign up for a cohort, not individual dates. Once enrolled, you commit to every session. Flyer is attached. Please share with your family, friends and on social media. You can sign up for the Cohort1 on Sunday after services or call the church office (706.595.5829).
