This Sunday is Communion Sunday.

But why do we take Communion?

It's more than just a little bread and juice.

It's a reminder.

A reminder of Jesus.
A reminder of His sacrifice.
A reminder of His grace.
A reminder that we are part of something bigger than ourselves.

When we come to the Lord's Table, we pause and remember what Christ has done for us and we celebrate the grace we have received through Him.

So this Sunday, come ready to worship, remember, and celebrate together.

Softball is back! ⚾

This year we brought back our church softball leagues, and it has been an absolute blast.

Not just for the people playing but for everyone who has come out to watch, cheer, laugh, and spend time together.

We're grateful for the opportunity to have fun, build community, and represent our church out on the field.

What do we really bring with us when we come to church on Sunday?

In Romans 12, Paul calls us to offer our bodies as living sacrifices and Pastor Steve reminds us that worship is about much more than singing a few songs or listening to a message.

We don't come simply asking, “What am I going to get out of this?”

We come offering ourselves to God.

Our lives. Our gifts. Our service. Our hearts.

Because worship isn't ultimately about us. It's about God.

This Sunday is 5th Sunday! 🍽️🙌

And that means all of our Sunday School classes are coming together for a special time of food, fellowship, conversation, and community.

Church isn’t just about what happens during the service. It’s about doing life together, getting to know one another, sharing a meal, and making room for conversation.

So come early, stay a little longer, grab some food, and spend some time with your church family between the services this Sunday!

“Who do you say that I am?”

That was the question Zac shared with us from Scripture on Sunday.

And it’s a question we all have to answer.

Not simply, Who does the world say Jesus is?
Not simply, Who do other people say Jesus is?

But who is Jesus to you?

And even more importantly—who does Scripture say Jesus is?

Our culture will give us plenty of answers. Other people will give us plenty of opinions. But Scripture is our guide.

So if Jesus were to ask you that question today…

“Who do you say that I am?”

What would your answer be?

And does the Jesus you believe in line up with the Jesus we see in Scripture?

That’s a question worth sitting with.
