OVBC Youth Fundraiser Golf Tournament

Our 22nd Annual OVBC Youth Fundraiser Golf Tournament was held this past April at Colonial Country Club. We had 20 teams and 70 hole sponsors with a grand total of $11,433.37 raised! This money helped fund our Hendersonville mission trip, summer camp and other youth activities.

Pic 1 is the 1st place team with Pic 2 listing their names and score. Pic 3 is the 2nd place team with Pic 4 listing their names and score.

We had something happen this year that had never happened since we started the tournament in 2001 - and it happened twice! Two guys, Randy Cromer and Gary White, each hit a hole in one!!

Plan to join us next year- Saturday, April 20 at Colonial Country Club!

It supports out summer mission trip and youth camp.
Cost is $75 per player or $300 per team. Prizes for first and second place along with closest to the pin, long drive, etc.

Your support of our tournament helps fund the youth ministry at Oak View Baptist Church. One of the things we do is run a VBS at an inner city church in Hendersonville, NC. Spiritual and physical needs are met.

Each year, between 15-23 teams participate in our tournament at Colonial Country Club. This year, it's on Saturday, April 29. Todd Burgess (far left), father of one former and one current OVBC youth, has participated for years. Cost is $75 per player or $300/team. If you don't have a complete team, that's ok. We will assign others to complete the foursome. Deadline is Tuesday, April 25- download the team form at www.oakview.net/youthgolftournament or email [email protected]. The tournament has been held at Jamestown Park, Oak Hollow and Meadowlands. We're excited to add Colonial to the list!

Our 21st Annual OVBC Youth Fundraiser Golf Tournament was held about a month ago at Meadowlands Golf Club. We had 15 teams and 50 hole sponsors with a grand total of $8009.57 raised! This money will help fund our Hendersonville mission trip, summer camp and other youth activities. Pic 1 is 1st the 1st place team with Pic 2 listing their names and score. Pic 3 is 2nd place (scorecard playoff) - Jeff Culler, Brian Crowder, Patrick Link (L-R) and Kyle Culler (not pictured). Plan to join us next year- Saturday, April 29!

Because of rain, the OVBC Youth Fundraiser Golf Tournament has been rescheduled for Sunday, May 2 at 1:30 at Meadowlands Golf Club. We can still add players/teams if anyone is interested!
