Motivation Monday!

“Walk with the wise and become wise; associate with fools and get in trouble.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭13‬:‭20‬ ‭NLT‬‬

You have every right and responsibility to choose your associates, who you spend your time with.

I consider myself a good student, meaning, I’d rather be the person in the room that knows less and listens more.
That simply means I want to hang around successful people that I can learn from and I’m not intimidated by that.
I choose growth and wisdom over pride and pretending that I have all the answers.
That being said, there are always times to BE THE VOICE, to share the wisdom that you’ve gained with those in need but without being fed how can one feed?

Choose those that you associate with wisely and may your Monday be the beginning of great week of increase in wisdom, knowledge and understanding!

Of all the years that I’ve gotten up at the beach and done my workouts on the beach there’s never been any groups out there working out.
This morning when I can’t even walk in the sand… This 👇🏼 😭
Literally made me realize, much more, how we take our health for granted.
I WILL get my bands out and get some training in on flat ground!
I will NOT be defeated!!

The lioness does not try to be the lion. She embraces her role as the lioness. She is powerful, strong, and nurturing. She does not mistake her meekness for weakness. The world needs more kind, compassionate, humble, faithful, persevering, confident, fierce, bold, pure, and tender-hearted women.

The world of the future will need women who understand both the power and the protection available only through prayer.
We will need women warriors who can raise their swords in the continuing fight against oppression and injustice, and we will need women with Shields to defend the innocent and the untrained.
We will need women who will dream big like their daughters yet pray continually like their grandmothers!
