Union showed OUT for our Silver Saints Week 2026 celebration!

What an unforgettable week of honoring, loving, and celebrating our amazing seniors! From special acts of kindness throughout the week to an elegant and joy-filled Silver Saints Banquet, God truly blessed every moment.

Our seniors are indeed Built to Last, Blessed to Stand!

The banquet was nothing short of amazing, and we were excited to have a surprise guest speaker, VR Johnson . We also celebrate the crowning of Julia cullins as the Queen and Larry Jay Johnson as the King—what a beautiful honor!

And the celebration continued on Senior Sunday Morning Worship as Mrs. Pearl Alford Moss was rightfully recognized with the Faithful Servant Award. What a powerful moment of honor for a life of dedication, commitment, and faithful service!

We also thank God for the powerful word delivered by Pastor Brandon Austin from Matthew 21:6–11, with focus scripture Matthew 21:10.

The message blessed the house and reminded us once again of the power, presence, and identity of Jesus!

A huge thank you to our dedicated advisors, Elder Tamaria Marsh Mcknight , Deaconess Valerie Jordan-Banks , and Laura Dennis Gist , for leading such an outstanding Silver Saints Week celebration. Your love, vision, and hard work helped make this entire week one to remember!

To our seniors: we honor you, we celebrate you, and we thank God for your wisdom, faithfulness, and legacy.

🔥🙌 OUR YOUTH DID THEIR THING TODAY! 🙌🔥

What an AMAZING move of God at Union Baptist Church of Thomasville this morning! Our children truly showed up and showed out! 💪🏽✨

Our youth choir sang their hearts out, blessing us with their voices and spirit! 🎶💛

And listen… Youth Speaker DJ came with a WORD! 🔥 He reminded us that if we have faith the size of a mustard seed, we can move mountains! ⛰️

👏🏽 Special shoutout to Bryanna and Kaylee for leading us in prayer and scripture.

It is a BEAUTIFUL thing to see our young people saying YES to God and stepping up in such a powerful way. The future is bright! 🌟

Our Pastor Brandon Austin also delivered a timely word from Exodus 1:7–12, focusing on verse 12:
“Growing Through Affliction” — reminding us that even in the midst of challenges, God is still causing us to grow! 🌱

And to top it all off, our church family came together wearing our Unity shirts, showing that we are truly STRONGER TOGETHER! 🤝🏽❤️

🔥 March Gladness Revival Recap 🔥
What a time we had in the Lord on last night! 🙌🏾🔥

Pastor Brandon Austin delivered a powerful and uplifting word that blessed the house and lifted our spirits!

Preaching from Psalm 100:2, the message “I’m Glad About It” reminded us that no matter what we face, we still have a reason to serve God with joy and gladness.

Through every trial, every challenge, and every season—
we can still declare: “I’m glad about it!” 🙌🏾

The atmosphere was charged, the praise was high, and the Word was right on time!

We thank God for our Pastor and the powerful word that encouraged us to keep a spirit of gladness in all things. 🔥
