Congratulations to Upson-Lee Elementary School Custodian, Mr. Harold Raines, on being named the ULES 2026–2027 Staff Member of the Year! Mr. Raines was announced this week as this year’s recipient after being selected by his peers for this well-deserved honor. Congratulations, Mr. Raines, and thank you for all you do for ULES! Judge William Du’Vall Hughley passed on Monday, April 27, 2026 at his residence on Kings Avenue.
Memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Saint Mary AME Church.

Please keep the family in prayer.
