Following Christ means returning to that trust every day. His promises haven’t changed, even when our circumstances do.

In a world filled with endless opinions, notifications, and advice, God’s voice is the one voice that never changes. Every Sunday, we gather not just to sing songs or listen to a message, but to hear from the One who created us, loves us, and knows exactly what we need.

That’s why moments like this matter. A Bible open. A notebook in hand. A heart ready to listen.

The goal isn’t simply to collect information, it’s to be transformed by the truth.

This Throwback Thursday takes us back to a time when our pastor (Carolyn Trontvet’s dad!) recorded daily devotional messages that people could hear simply by picking up the phone. Technology changes, but the desire to share God’s Word remains the same.
