A life built entirely on our own strength is bound to feel heavy. Here is your reminder to shift the focus today.

​True stability doesn’t come from managing a busy schedule or white-knuckling your way through a checklist; it comes from a life deeply anchored in God. When we try to build our days, our families, and our futures on our own effort alone, we are working in vain.

​Before the noise of the day takes over, taking a moment to pause, pray, and seek God changes everything. Shifting our focus means moving away from self-reliance and leaning fully into His guidance, trusting that He is the true builder of our lives.

It’s completely normal to want to map out every single detail of the upcoming week, but trying to control the outcome usually leads to burnout. True peace starts the moment we let go of needing to have it all figured out on our own.
