Here’s wisdom for today:
What you focus on grows.
Focus on fear → anxiety grows.
Focus on problems → discouragement grows.
Focus on Jesus → peace grows.
In hard seasons, we often ask:
“Why is this happening?”
But wisdom asks a better question:
✨ “Lord, what are You accomplishing in me and through me?”
A change in focus often changes everything.
You may not control every circumstance—but you can choose where your eyes rest.

WHOSE REPORT WILL YOU BELIEVE?
🕊️ “Whose report are you going to believe?”
After surviving a life-threatening medical crisis, Tory received heartbreaking news:
“You’ll never walk right.”
“You won’t wear boots.”
“You’ll never dance.”
In the middle of grief and uncertainty, the Lord whispered a question:
“Whose report are you going to believe?”
And through tears, she answered:
“I will believe the report of the Lord.”
Faith does not deny reality.
Faith simply believes that God has the final word.
Maybe today you’re carrying a report:
A diagnosis.
A loss.
Fear.
Hopelessness.
A label someone placed on your life.
Friend—God’s truth is greater than fear.
His promises still stand.

When we focus on fear, we spiral.

WHICH SIDE ARE YOU CHOOSING?
✨ Guilt or Grace?
You must choose your allegiance.
“But the rescuing gift is not exactly parallel to the death-dealing sin…”
— Romans 5:15 (MSG)

There is a battle happening every day.
A battle between guilt and grace.
And whether we realize it or not—we are choosing sides.
Guilt whispers:
❌ Hide.
❌ You’re too broken.
❌ You should be ashamed.
❌ God is disappointed in you.
Grace says:
đź’š Come closer.
đź’š Healing is possible.
đź’š You are still loved.
đź’š Freedom is available.
Romans 5 reminds us that while sin entered through Adam, grace entered through Jesus—and grace is greater.
So today, ask yourself:
✨ Which side has my allegiance?
✨ What has been guiding my choices lately—guilt or grace?
God is still inviting you out of hiding.

to where it all began.
TruHope started as a dream—a God-given vision to bring healing, hope, freedom, and restoration to individuals and families across Harris and Montgomery counties.
What began with prayer and faith has grown into partnerships with ministries, churches, businesses, and people who believe healing is possible.
Together, we are helping people encounter hope, emotional healing, freedom from shame, and deeper connection with God.
And we’re just getting started.

✨ “There’s more to come…”
— Romans 5:3 (MSG)
Wisdom reminds us not to judge the entire story by one difficult chapter.
Romans 5 says:
“We continue to shout our praise even when we’re hemmed in with troubles…”
Why?
Because trouble is not proof that God has abandoned us.
Sometimes hardship becomes the very place where perseverance, strength, healing, and hope begin to grow.
What feels like pressure today may actually be preparation.

What if God is producing something in you instead of punishing you?

In 2016, Tory’s life changed overnight.
She was placed into a medically induced coma with double pneumonia, sepsis, respiratory failure, a collapsed lung, blood clots, and complications doctors said she might not survive.
Some called her a miracle patient.
Others gave devastating reports about what she would never do again.
❌ “You’ll never walk right.”
❌ “You won’t dance.”
❌ “You’ll never fully recover.”
But God had the final word.
Today, Tory walks.
Today, she lives.
Today, her scars tell a story of survival, healing, and God’s faithfulness.
Sometimes your current situation looks impossible.
But impossible situations are often where God writes the most powerful testimonies.
