International Council of Church and Ministries / ICCM A Overseer for Churches and Ministries Bishop Dr. James B. In 1986 he became a licensed minister and associate pastor.

Hardy began his ministerial studies in 1981, his studies continued over the many years, he has always been a non-denominational minister. He resigned and relinquished his position from the ministry in 1991. In 1997 he was Ordained an Elder by the late Archbishop Benson Andrew Idahosa of Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, affectionately referred to as "Papa". Pastor Hardy was Consecrated and Installed

into the Bishopric in 2003. So here we are today some 30 years later, Bishop Hardy with his Wife Arlene, had many challenges over the years, and only by the grace of God, had they made it this far. Part of the God given Vision for Ministry was to have a Principal entity to be a Overseer for Churches and Ministries, not to take away, nor to become a dictatorship, to be of leadership and guidance.
