You can help in our effort to free people from medical debt by putting 10 bucks in the second collection this weekend.

We are partnering with a nonprofit that buys up and forgives medical debt in Oklahoma.

This weekend is our seminarian Emilio Rojas’ last weekend with us. He’s been serving the parish for nine months while preparing to begin his first year of seminary at St. John Vianney, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Emilio has done great work for us and I hope he is thanked properly.
We are going to ask the ushers to be at the doors of the church to accept your gifts for Emilio. It would be a good weekend to bring some cash with you to Mass. Please be as generous as your means allow

And don’t forget to pray for him. Thank you.

Happy Mother's Day! 🌻

Lord, we remember the mothers who have gone before us.
We remember the mothers of scripture who are part of your story.
We remember those who have not given birth to us, but are mothers to us.
We remember expectant mothers.
We remember the mothers who have lost children.
We remember the women who struggle with fertility. Lord, bless all mothers, grandmothers, godmothers, adoptive mothers, aunts, sisters, women religious and fathers who take on the role of mothers for their children. Amen.
