SELECCIONANDO LA VIDA

Jesús nos habla sobre la polaridad entre la vida y la muerte, entre la abundancia y la carencia. Describe la función del ladrón como alguien que solo viene a causar daño y sufrimiento. Hay un enemigo que se deleita en nuestras creencias negativas, que solo quiere la destrucción de nuestras almas. Pero Jesús vino para darnos vida en abundancia. Solo tenemos que seguirle con voluntad y fe. Lo que implica que su misión es la de proporcionar a las personas las herramientas necesarias para vivir plenamente en todas las áreas de la vida. Debemos deshacernos de las cosas que no nos aportan valor y nos roban nuestra energía, como las relaciones tóxicas o los hábitos poco saludables.
CHOOSING LIFE

Jesus talks to us about the polarity between life and death, between abundance and lack. He describes the thief's role as someone who only comes to cause harm and suffering. There is an enemy who delights in our negative beliefs, who only wants the destruction of our souls. But Jesus came to give us life in abundance. We just have to follow Him with willingness and faith. This means that His mission is to provide people with the tools they need to live fully in all areas of life. We must get rid of things that do not bring us value and steal our energy, like toxic relationships or unhealthy habits.

En una cultura que siempre valora las obras y los logros personales, este texto desafía a los creyentes a considerar la naturaleza de su justificación. El "vivir por fe" implica un estilo de vida de confianza y entrega a Dios, donde cada decisión y acción son guiadas por esa fe, y no guiados por los sentimientos. Confía en el Señor con todo tu corazón, y no te apoyes en tu propia prudencia (Prov. 3). :5).

Algunas cosas nos parecen imposibles de realizar, pero Dios nos da el poder de vencer todo aquello que se interpone en nuestro camino, ya sean actitudes negativas, temores o dificultades. Con la ayuda de Dios, podemos desbaratar estos ejércitos y superar cualquier obstáculo que se nos presente. Es propio también a las barreras emocionales y psicológicas que nos detienen. Con la ayuda de Dios, poco a poco podemos superar estas barreras y lograr lo que parecía imposible. Todo es posible con la ayuda de Dios.

With God's help, we can tear down these armies and overcome any obstacle that comes our way. This also applies to the emotional and psychological barriers that hold us back. With God's help, little by little we can overcome these barriers and achieve what once seemed impossible. Everything is possible with God's help.
