Join us tonight at Barrel and Bones (2801 Plano Pky, Suite 140, The Colony) at 8:00pm.

We will dig into some deeper theology and take up the question of "evil." Why do bad things happen to good people? Why does evil exist in the world? What's the difference between evil and sin? Etc.

Join us as we serve our community on Saturday, August 15th, at Friendship Baptist Church.

Volunteers are needed to help prepare and distribute food to local families. Volunteers may arrive as early as 8:00 a.m. to help set up and pack food bags. Food distribution takes place from 10:00 a.m. to noon, with volunteers assisting in packing, handing out food, and keeping the distribution running smoothly. Help is also needed until approximately 12:45 p.m. for tear down and clean up.

Whether you can serve for the entire morning or just part of the time, any amount of help is greatly appreciated! If you're interested in volunteering, please reach out to [email protected]

This month's conversation is "What Do You Really Want?" It sounds like a simple question, but it has a way of uncovering the deeper longings beneath the surface. Through conversation and interactive exercises, we will explore the difference between what we think we want and what our hearts are actually searching for...and discuss what the Christian tradition has to say about desire, fulfillment, and the life God invites us into.

It's VBS Week! 🎉
Vacation Bible School starts TONIGHT at 6:30 PM at First UMC The Colony - 4901 Paige Rd.

This year's theme is ❄️Snowball Mountain Challenge as we learn that we can do all things through Christ!

VBS is **FREE** and open to Pre-K through 5th grade. We'll have games, music, crafts, Bible stories, snacks, and lots of fun!

Bring the kids, invite a friend, and come hang out with us this week. We'd love to see you!
