This was a promise from God which he fulfilled.

Psalms 37:23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.

37:24 Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.

The word of God is a balm to my soul. My comfort, my refreshment. The good Lord knows how I hunger and thirst for righteousness and I await His promise that I shall be filled.
I'm just an imperfect servant striving for perfection.
I may never see the wonders of this world but my greatest desire is to see Heaven's shores.

LOVE IS POWERFUL

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

John 13:34 ESV
A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another:

1 John 4:7
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God.

Amos 1:9

Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Tyrus, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they delivered up the whole captivity to Edom, and remembered not the brotherly covenant:

This verse simply states that once you break a covenant wih God, He will punish you.
