Goodwill is a family church that has offered community and hope in the heart of the historic Bronx since 1938. Through many decades of change, we are still standing on faith. We are honoring our past while pursuing God's will for Goodwill today. Goodwill is a changing church in a changing community. To serve our members and community better today and for generations to come we are:

Happy Father’s Day from Goodwill Baptist Church

Today, we honor and celebrate the strength, wisdom, love, and faith of Black fathers everywhere.

To the fathers who are raising young children, guiding teenagers, supporting grown children, mentoring youth, serving as grandfathers, godfathers, uncles, pastors, coaches, teachers, and father figures—we thank God for you.

Your presence matters. Your sacrifices matter. Your prayers matter. Your legacy matters.

From every generation and every walk of life, we celebrate the men who lead with integrity, provide with compassion, love without condition, and reflect God’s heart through their service to family and community.

“The righteous man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him.” — Proverbs 20:7

May God continue to strengthen, protect, and bless all fathers as they walk in faith and purpose.
