Join us this Sunday, March 15th, as we celebrate 91 years of ministry, faithfulness and community at Bright Temple AME Church!

We are excited to celebrate under the leadership of our Pastor, Rev. Kate Ofikuru and to welcome our Presiding Elder, Rev. Dr. Eric Billups as our Guest Preacher. Let’s gather in worship, celebration and gratitude for what God has done, what God is doing and what God is going to do!

What a Sunday! was up and down I-95 today. Morning worship with Bethel AME Church Stamford, CT and their new pastor , then back down the turnpike and across the Long Island Expressway to worship with as Bishop came to preach for a joint afternoon worship service. We praise God for being able to join in worship together!

We are at a critical juncture. If you are like our Pastor and waited until Primary Day to vote because that location was more convenient, don’t let the heat discourage you. Drink plenty of water, put on your food walking shoes, and GET OUT AND VOTE!
