Storm survival.

Have you ever felt so lost in the midst of everything going on in your life?
Sometimes when things get hard we tend to take our eyes off Jesus...

Tonight Gracie did a fantastic job speaking on the importance of keeping our faith during the hard seasons. Even when it feels like all hope is lost, she reminded us that God is still there in the midst of the storm.

The question is...
Is your faith strong enough to weather the storm?
Will you stay focused on God when everything around you feels like it's falling apart?

I'm extremely proud of these girls the past few weeks.

The whole mission was to give them some confidence and experience teaching kids their age. Inspiration can be a very powerful thing when you put it in the hands of a teenager that is on fire for God!

Our last p7 Wednesday will be next Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. during youth class.

We hope to see you there!

Come by. Hirsch feed in Thayer for some fresh Krispy Kreme donuts!

August 29th at 8:00 a.m.

We will have glazed, chocolate iced, cream-filled, and raspberry filled.

This will be a smaller order so make sure you get there early while supplies last!

And as always, thank you for your love and support in helping our students attend some of their favorite Christian events.

When the beautiful name of Jesus is mentioned, miraculous things take place!

There is so much power in that wonderful name!

Laura Beth did a fantastic job tonight with her p7 lesson!

I am so very proud of her and her love for the Lord.

We have some pretty amazing teenagers in our youth group. And it does my heart so many wonders when I see young people take action with their faith.

How do we react and control our emotions in times of wrongdoing from others?

Do we always take the approach to forgive and love anyways?
Or do we hold bitterness in our hearts towards those that treat us wrong?

God calls us to love our neighbor, it all boils down to LOVE!

Absolute and unconditional love from the father to his children!
He abundantly loves his children with an ever increasing "love that flows."
