Kids Camp 2026! Monday morning we left Thayer for Crown Point camp and Retreat Center. We arrived 4 hours later. The children we have are having fun and responding to the Lord during the services. We return tomorrow, Friday. Please pray that God will continue to bless and touch their hearts.

Our Church is a recognized Tornado Shelter for the Thayer and Mammoth Spring area. If you need a place to shelter from a potential Tornado, don't hesitate to come to 395 Industrial Drive, Thayer. We are located next to the Thayer-Mammoth Spring Saddle Club. Once a "Tornado Watch" is issued, I will open up our facility. (Please call to insure that our facility is open - 417-280-0558 - Pastor Aldrich's cell #).
When you arrive, drive to the lower parking lot and enter through our fellowship hall double doors. The shelter is down the left hallway and marked "Tornado Safe Room." If for whatever reason, I am unavailable to open the doors, Thayer First Baptist Church (112 N 3rd St, Thayer) is also a recognized Tornado Shelter.
