Travis Witt will portray Rev. John Peter Gabriel Muhlenberg, remembering the 250th anniversary of Rev. Muhlenberg's last sermon on January 21, 1776.

The living history presentation will be this Sunday, January 18, at Epworth Methodist Church, 1145 Penicks Mill Road in Thaxton, Va.

Muhlenberg preached his final sermon before leading the men of his congregations into battle during the Revolutionary War.

His unknown story is one that needs to be known.
