**If you get mad at a preacher because he preached to you the Bible, what are you actually getting mad at?**

If what is being preached is the Word of God, rejecting the message is not simply rejecting the preacher. The question becomes: **Are you rejecting what the Bible says?**

This evening, our Highways and Hedges team was out in the streets, going door to door at Ashton Place Apartments in Galveston, Texas, inviting residents to join us for service.

Our mission is to draw ALL men back to God through His Word. Though we may not have been in your neighborhood this evening, the invitation is extended to you too!

What is your spiritual jail?

That was one of the discussions we had during our Bible Study last week.

A spiritual jail is bo***ge. It’s when something has you controlled. You know the behavior is wrong, you may even be ashamed of it, but you continue to find yourself going back to it. When we become entangled with the works of the flesh, we put ourselves in bo***ge.

But you don’t have to remain bound. Jesus came to bring deliverance to the captives and set those who are bound free. (Luke 4:18)

“Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bo***ge.” — Galatians 5:1 KJV
