In Chapter 1 of Psalms, we learn that happiness and God's blessings are available when we reject three positions:

1 - Do not take counsel from those who do not love God.
2 - Do not stand with those willfully violating God's law.
3 - Do not sit in a position where you treat God's word as worthless.

So where does God tell us we should stand? Read Galatians 5:1 and comment below. 🔽

We must choose the right escape. Rather than letting God carry the problem, we choose help that soothes or calms the problem. Often we will use addictive behavior (i.e. drugs, alcohol, po*******hy, overeating, or OCD habits) to calm us through the battle, but when we are done the problem still exist...
