We are excited to welcome Sandra Holmes and Adam Holmes to the FUMC family as our newest members!

Sandra and Adam joined by transfer of membership on Sunday, September 6, and we are so thankful to have them as part of our church family. They are looking forward to becoming involved in FUMC Missions Ministry, and we can’t wait to see how God will use their gifts and hearts for service.

🎶 Something NEW is happening at Uplift Student Ministries! 🎶

Uplift Student Ministries is creating a new youth praise team, and those who were able to attend practice on Sunday got together and made a joyful noise!

You can hear the awesome result for yourself! We are so excited to see how God uses these students and their gifts to lead others in worship.

Uplift Wednesdays are back!

Uplift Student Ministries kicked off Wednesdays with a dip in the pool, a meaningful time of Bible study and prayer, and a delicious supper! A big thank-you to our hosts, John and Alana Morell, for opening their home and sharing in this special time of fellowship.

Uplift meets every Wednesday from 5:00–7:00 p.m. September is packed with fun, faith, and opportunities to grow together! We can’t wait to see what God.

United Women of Faith Fellowship Breakfast

The United Women of Faith are excited to host a special Fellowship Breakfast for all the ladies of First United Methodist Church!

Whether you are already a member of United Women of Faith or have been thinking about getting involved, you are invited! This breakfast is a wonderful opportunity to gather around the table, enjoy a delicious meal, meet new friends, reconnect with old friends, and learn more about the ministry of United Women of Faith.

Wednesdays are back, and the fun is just getting started!

Celebration Choir, Celebration Ringers, Power Pack, and Uplift Student Ministries kicked off the Fall semester with their friends, new opportunities to learn and grow, and special times of prayer.

One young student was overheard saying, “Bro. Jaimie owns the church because he makes all the speeches!” What a great moment to share with our young learners that this is the Lord’s church—and Bro. Jaimie doesn’t own it!

Come peek in on these amazing children and youth. You’ll have fun, make friends, and learn a lot about God’s love through each of them! Be the CHURCH!

Children's Church explored the story of Samuel choosing David and discovered a BIG truth: people look at the outside, but God looks at the heart! Our fun experiments brought that lesson to life in a memorable way!
