Replacement of the air conditioning systems in the old education building (Kitchen, Library, Nursery, and the Community Development Center upstairs) began this morning.

Please excuse any associated mess and, if possible, avoid these areas as the work progresses over the next few days.

It was a great day at Saint James Episcopal Church of Texarkana yesterday as we celebrated the ordination of the Rev. Taylor Loy to the priesthood of God’s one, holy, catholic and apostolic church!

Congrats Fr. Taylor!

A special thanks to Bishop Price for making the journey for his first priestly ordination as Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Dallas, and to all the other visiting clergy who came to support Fr. Taylor.

people the brightness of your light: Sanctify this new fire, and
grant that in this Paschal feast we may so burn with heavenly
