This past Sunday, Pastor Dave preached from 1 Samuel 25, showing us how wisdom can prevent destruction. When David was insulted and ready to take revenge, Abigail stepped in with humility and courage. Her wise words helped calm David and kept him from making a decision he might have regretted.

Sometimes, choosing wisdom over anger can change everything.

What a great reminder to pause, seek God, and choose wisely even when emotions are running high!

🌟 Volunteer Spotlight 🌟

As we look back on this past month, we’d like to take a moment to celebrate our July Volunteer of the Month! Devon Beato 🎉

Devon has faithfully been serving in our Nursery, but her heart for kids doesn't stop there. She also serves in our Preschool room and is always willing to step in wherever she's needed. She frequently signs herself up through Church Center to help whenever there is a need. Her willingness to serve, flexibility, and joyful attitude are such a blessing to our Family Ministry team.

Our Youth Car Wash is happening this Saturday 9am at NECC! Come out, support our amazing youth, and let them give your car a fresh clean! 🧼🚘

All donations will help send our students to SoulFest and support future youth events throughout the year. We’d love to see you there bring your family, friends, and anyone who could use a sparkling clean car! 🙌
