Why do so many Christian belief systems differ? It's often about wanting a Jesus that fits our desires, not one that requires us to come on His terms. Genuine salvation comes from receiving the Jesus of the Bible, on His terms. Anything else is just a dream. (John 2:23-25)

John reveals God as a gracious giver. We didn't deserve His goodness or grace; we deserved hell. But God offers salvation from sin through His gift, giving us an opportunity to turn to Him.
