We are excited to announce an addition to our church staff! Seth Wiram will be starting this Sunday, Oct 1 in the role of Pastor of Multiplication. The purpose of this role will be to oversee our efforts to fulfill our God-given vision of multiplying all that God has given us. Seth will continue his oversight of our group ministry by training leaders, providing content for the group ministry, placing new group members, and the important task of shepherding groups through the multiplication process. He will also oversee and help plan evangelistic and outreach efforts, attempting to increase our footprint in the community in which God has placed us as well as around the world wherever strategic gospel ministry is to be found.
Early in his tenure, Seth will be a helpful hand to FBN’s pastoral staff as we continue to seek the Lord’s direction as to how to replace Pastor Adam in the future. However, the main purpose of his role is this: He will be charged with oversight over planting a church in Clinton, IN. This will start as a campus of our church and eventually, when the time is right, become it’s own autonomous church body, to the glory of God. Seth will be charged with starting the campus from the ground up, relying on the Lord to build it as He sees fit. As more time passes, Seth’s efforts and roles will be increasingly away from our Terre Haute church and increasingly towards the Clinton church. We are so very excited about this!
Seth and his wife Emily have 3 children, Jordan, Lydia, and Titus. Seth and Emily are long-time members of FBN and have served our church in many different roles, such as being teachers in FBN Kids for several years, capturing media for our website, serving as an elder, serving on the worship team, running the live stream on Sunday’s, and much, much more. They are currently group leaders as well. Seth also graduated from Liberty University with a Master’s of Divinity. We are so thankful for this family, and excited to see them take this next step deeper into service here at our church. They have already been a great benefit to us, and it’s wonderful to allow that to grow.
Join us in welcoming Seth and Emily into this new role and praying for this sweet family. Please also join us in celebrating and thanking God for this major step in our church’s history and we take unprecedented steps towards multiplying, planting, and being the sending church God has called us to be. What a time to be a part of what God is doing!
