Kicked off our new series last night!

The best way to know about someone is to let them tell you who they are. We may think we know who Jesus is, but have we let him tell us in his own words? What might happen if we made space for Jesus to speak for himself? There are seven times when Jesus directly told his disciples who he was. In these “I am” statements, he shared with them what it meant to follow him, his heart for others, and how his followers can strengthen their relationships with him and with God. In this four-week series, we’ll dive into Jesus’ words about himself to learn how his words can reshape our lives today. Through what Jesus says, we’ll learn that Jesus is love, is truth, is always with us, and is our savior.

Directly following our 3rd service on May 28th

Students need their own transportation there and back home. We will not be providing transportation. We will be helping an elderly couple move furniture and other belongings out of their house. This WILL count towards your student's SL Challenge list!

Students will need gloves and close-toed shoes.

They will need to be picked up at 6:00 pm

Meeting at FBN at 11:30 am to leave by 12:00 pm.

We will return to FBN at 7:00 pm.

We'll be stopping at Burger King on our way back into town so send a few dollars for dinner. and $3 to swim.

Students need to pack a lunch. We will be eating at Turkey Run.

We will be hiking so have students wear close-toed shoes appropriate for hiking.

We will be swimming afterwards so please have students bring appropriate swimwear and a towel.

Mark your calendars! In place of youth group we will be heading to Woodrow Wilson for a night or worship, prayer, Bible and testimonies!
