As a new school year begins, we gathered today for our Back to School Mass to ground ourselves in what truly matters.

The message from today’s homily is one to carry with us into every classroom, hallway, and conversation:

”At the end of the day, ask yourself, did anyone see God in me today?”

Let’s make this year about more than just grades and schedules. Let’s make it about kindness, patience, and reflecting His love in everything we do.

Today, our OLMC faculty and staff returned to the building, ready to prepare, plan, and begin another amazing school year! As educators, we have the beautiful opportunity to plant seeds of curiosity, kindness, faith, and growth—and to guide our students as they learn, grow, and shine. ✨

Of course, we began our year together in the best way—with Mass and a special blessing for the school year ahead. 🙏❤️

Our hearts are full, our classrooms are ready, and we are so excited to welcome our students back!

🎉✏️ First Day of School is Here! ✏️🎉
We can’t wait to welcome back our students and kick off an amazing new school year together! 💙💛
Here are all the details you need for the first week:
📍 Grades 1–8
📅 Thursday, September 3rd (Half Day Session)
⏰ Doors open: 7:50 AM
🚪 Entrance: All students must enter through the North Parking Lot doors

Our faculty, staff, and student helpers will be on hand to direct traffic and assist students with their school supplies.
☀️📸 Photo Op: Weather permitting, we’ll have a photo area set up under the basketball hoop to capture those first-day smiles!
Let’s make this an unforgettable year! 💪📚

📍 Early Childhood (Pre-K3, Pre-K4 & Kindergarten)
📅 Thursday, September 3rd: “Getting to Know You” Event from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
📅 Friday, September 4th: First Official Day!
