Praying for Generations

Over the next. 4 weeks our Life Class lessons will be centered on 𝓖𝓮𝓷𝓮𝓻𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓼.
It is important for all of us to understand our role in helping our church meet the demands of our present & future growth. It’s about providing a place of worship for today’s and future Generations.

What does grace mean to you?
Has grace been given you?
Have you given grace?

My notes
~ Abraham justified by faith; not works.
~ justified by resurrection power; not human effort
People are saved by grace.

Benefits of Justification
•Peace with God
*Access by Faith
*Stand in Grace
*Boast ~ Hope ~ His glory

There is no peace with the Lord for the wicked.

Our God is a sovereign God, but he did give us free will.
When I think about this, I think about my life’s journey. All the chapters of my life, decisions, choices I have made because God gave us Free Will. But I also know all those decisions were not without a leap of faith, prayer & God’s guidance.

In this world you will have trouble, but I have overcome the world. John 16:33.

Paul felt there is glory in suffering.
It produces perseverance.
Builds character
And gives us hope.

I have missed the last two Life Classes due to knee replacement surgery. So I haven’t known what to post. But then I remembered Jon dropped off his lesson’s handouts to me.

I have been looking at them and asking myself
the question, Which Kingdom am I building?”
Great question!
I think if we were all honest with ourselves we would see a little of ourselves in each:
~ Control
~ Identity
~ Success
~ Security
~ Desire
~ The Heart
More importantly are we transforming ourselves to be living under God’s Kingdom.
