October is Pastor Appreciation Month! 🖤
We are so thankful for the pastors God has placed in our church. A pastor’s calling reaches far beyond the pulpit. They faithfully study God’s Word, pray for their people, counsel, encourage, visit, lead, serve, carry burdens, celebrate victories, and walk with people through some of life’s hardest moments.
So much of what a pastor does happens behind the scenes and often goes unseen. Yet week after week, they continue to faithfully pour themselves out for the sake of Christ and His church.
This month, we want to take time to not only say “thank you,” but to intentionally honor our pastors through our prayers, our encouragement, our unity, and our willingness to serve alongside them.
We are grateful for the men who faithfully shepherd our church family. May we never take for granted the sacrifice, love, and dedication they give to the people God has entrusted to their care. 🤍
1 Thessalonians 5:12–13 — And we urge you, brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you. Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other.
