Fall Festival 2026 by the numbers! 🍂

From 276 buns and 53 pumpkins to an estimated 20.5 BILLION raindrops (yes, we did the math), there was a lot that went into this year's Fall Festival!

Behind every statistic was a church family that gave their time, worked hard, and served so faithfully to make this day possible. We're thankful for every person who helped prepare, every guest who came, and especially for what the Lord did through it all.

We are so thankful for our church family!

From the weeks leading up to Fall Festival to our work day and the event itself, so many people gave their time and energy to help make it all happen. Whether it was preparing the property, setting things up, or serving our guests and community, every helping hand made a difference!

Fall Festival would not have been possible without the many people who faithfully served behind the scenes. We are incredibly grateful for a church family that is always willing to jump in and serve!

What a great day at our Fall Festival yesterday!

Despite the rain, we were thankful to welcome 59 guests to CBC! Bro. Bruce Humbert preached a clear Gospel message, and we praise the Lord for four precious souls who trusted Christ as their Saviour!

Following the service, we enjoyed a pulled pork lunch, hot apple c***r, live bluegrass music, and plenty of activities for the whole family.

More than anything, we are grateful for the opportunity to share the Gospel with our community and for what the Lord did through this year's Fall Festival. Thank you to everyone who joined us! We loved having you at Calvary and hope to see you again soon!

Tomorrow is Fall Festival beginning at 10:30 AM!

As we finish preparing, our final prayer focus is the most important one: that souls would be saved.

Pray that the Gospel would be clearly presented, that hearts would be tender toward God's Word, and that people would come to know Christ as their personal Saviour.

We've spent weeks inviting, preparing, and planning, but we know that only the Lord can change hearts. Let's spend today asking Him to do what only He can do!

Day 5: Pray for our church family!

Fall Festival is one of our biggest outreach opportunities of the year, and it takes our entire church family working together to make it happen.

Today, pray for everyone who will be serving, preparing, inviting, and helping in so many different ways. Ask the Lord to give us unity, willing hearts, and a genuine love for the people we're trying to reach.

Day 4: Pray for our guests!

We're praying for every person who will walk through our doors this Sunday. For some, it may be their very first time attending church, while others may be returning after a long time away.

Pray that our church family would be intentional about welcoming visitors, building relationships, and pointing people to Christ.

Let's do our part to make every guest feel welcome and cared for!

Day 3: Pray for the preaching of God's Word.

As we look forward to Fall Festival, pray for Pastor Bruce Humbert as he prepares to preach this Sunday. Ask the Lord to give him wisdom, clarity, and power as he presents the Gospel.

Above all, pray that hearts would be receptive to God's Word and that those who do not know Christ would come to trust Him as their Saviour.

"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:17
