Living Free Institute

Living Free Institute Healing the soul through Jesus. We host 7-Day Intensives focused on Identity I Freedom I Calling! Next intensive is in Orlando Florida in April 2026!

MERCH STORE!https://living-free-merch-store.printify.me/ We believe that because Jesus overcame the cross; He can overcome anything. Spirit of Life Recovery is a 501 c-3 designed to support the local church. Our ministries reflect areas of specialization and training pertaining to crisis, specifically as that relates to the presence of addiction, heart injuries, emotional challenges and other sel

f-sabotaging behaviors. Our restoration focus is meant to both inject solution and offer insight as to God’s heart in bandaging wounds, reconciling relationships and dealing with the harsher realities of addiction and boundaries. From both a spiritual perspective and practical tools, our goal in everything we do is to bring Jesus into overwhelming circumstances in a tangible way where He can do what He does best: redeem.

We do have the power in Jesus to break every soul tie… 🙏💔

But the real question is: do we truly want to? Sometimes, the deepest part of us still clings to hope…
“Maybe they’ll change.”
“Maybe I’ll finally get what I need.”
Just a few crumbs… just a little more… 🥀

But the truth is — if the relationship is wounding you, it’s not feeding you.
It doesn’t matter how many times someone tells you… if that unmet need is driving the connection, it can feel impossible to let go.

That’s not weakness. That’s wounding. 🧠💭
Those reactions are coming from deep places — your trauma, your past, your “basement brain.”
And those parts of you don’t need shame… they need compassion. 🤍

Healing begins when we lovingly acknowledge the hurt parts of ourselves — and invite Jesus into that space to restore what was broken. ✝️✨

Thank you Father! ❤

Did you know? As Christians, we are the temple of the Most High. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead now lives in all true believers!

Pentecost was a significant milestone: the Helper, the Holy Spirit became available to anyone who receives Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

Your body has become the dwelling place of God’s Holy Spirit, whom you received from Him. You no longer belong to yourself.... you were purchased for a high price…. His blood, the blood of the Lamb. This change of ownership forms the foundation for understanding what it means to be a believer, a vessel and follower of Christ.

Pentecost marked the birth of the church—people as vessels called by God to carry His mission, the Great Commission once entrusted to Israel. About three thousand were baptized that day and devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, fellowship, the breaking of bread, and prayer—setting the pattern for the Christian life.

The Helper, Counselor, Comforter, Transformer, Guide, and Protector—the Holy Spirit—now dwells within every true believer, binding and unifying the Body of Christ.

"But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."—Acts 1:8

"And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance." —Acts 2:3–4 (KJV)

"And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness." —Acts 4:31

"You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the One who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world." —1 John 4:4 (NIV)

Come quickly Lord, please come quickly! ❤

🕊️ What if forgiveness isn’t about them… but about your freedom?

There are places in our hearts—rooms we’ve filled with pain, words spoken, wounds carried. And often, we feel responsible to judge it, hold onto it, or make it right.

But real healing starts with a question:
👉 Are you willing to let Jesus into that room?

Forgiveness isn’t approving what happened.
It’s not minimizing the pain.

It’s releasing it.

✨ Giving up your right to judge
✨ Letting go of the need to punish
✨ Handing it fully over to Jesus

And then choosing something better…
💫 Building a life rooted in who God says you are
💫 Allowing Him to rewrite what was broken
💫 Walking forward in freedom instead of staying anchored in pain

You don’t have to carry it anymore.

What is holding you back? Strongholds don't just appear nor do they disappear on their own....

Awareness of a problem is the first step towards the Solution..... and there is only One capable of exposing them, disclosing them, disposing of them and healing the wounds caused by them. The only One able to effectively walk a person out of bo***ge is the Great Physician..... through the presence and power of Holy Spirit living within.

Unhealthy strongholds usually grow out of fear, deception, trauma, entrenched sin patterns, or false narratives—lies we begin to believe and then live by.

They often stem from cultural or family conditioning without corrective truth, unresolved trauma, repeated sinful coping, and accepted lies about God, self and others.

They become embedded ways of thinking and behaving—habits, fears, and beliefs that enslave us, distort truth, and damage spiritual, relational, and psychological health (e.g., pride, addiction, persistent bitterness, destructive self‑beliefs).

"Do not lie to each other... You have taken off your old self... and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator."
Colossians 3:9–10

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."
Romans 12:2

"You were taught... to put off your old self... to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness."
Ephesians 4:22–24

Come quickly Lord, please come quickly! ❤

💔 Healing doesn’t come from a to-do list.

So many of us try to fix ourselves with “should’ve, could’ve, would’ve”…
👉 “I should be further along.”
👉 “Why didn’t I do better?”

But the truth is—lists don’t heal you. Grace does.

✨ It’s the love of God that restores.
✨ It’s having your needs met in Him that nourishes your soul.
✨ It’s learning to accept and love yourself, even in your brokenness, that brings real healing.

Shame doesn’t heal.
Guilt doesn’t heal.
Self-criticism doesn’t heal.

Grace heals. Just as Jesus loves you—right where you are—that’s where transformation begins.

✨ What if the most important “soul tie” you have is actually the one meant to heal you? ✨

The greatest example of a soul tie isn’t rooted in brokenness—it’s found in the relationship Jesus has with us. Through His Spirit, He continually transmits truth, healing, and restoration into our lives.

💫 He is the source.
💫 He is the connection.
💫 He is the One who fills what’s empty.

When we open our hearts to receive what He’s giving, those spiritual resources begin to take root—transforming us, restoring us, and helping us walk in freedom.

If you’re on a journey toward deeper healing and wholeness, you don’t have to do it alone.

Surrendered and submitted vessels effectively deliver His results…

Whatever we are doing, either we are doing it… or Christ is doing it through us. Either we are working for Him, or He is working through us — and the latter always delivers effective outcomes.

Spiritual maturity is about growing smaller, dying to self, so Christ can live His life within us. It’s an act of surrender — putting ourselves aside so the Lion of Judah can live big in and through us.

John the Baptist said:
“He must increase, but I must decrease”
(John 3:30).

Paul said:
"I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me."
Galatians 2:20 (NIV)

It isn’t self-promotion but self-denial—making Christ the center instead of ourselves. When Jesus reigns within us, we care less about being noticed and more about being faithful. We worry less about protecting our image and more about obeying God.

The Christian life isn’t about improving our own brand of goodness; it’s about surrendering so Jesus’ glory, character, and authority shine through us.

Come quickly Lord, please come quickly! ❤
