We have taken down the donation boxes, but it is never too late to mail your donation to the Eleazar Cemetery Fund, PO Box 821, Madisonville TN 37354. The earliest recorded burial here was in 1832, and as you can imagine, many buried here no longer have family around at Decoration. Thank you for caring about the upkeep of this beautiful historic cemetery.

If you are in the cemetery on this very warm Saturday afternoon, please have a cold bottled water! There are 3 coolers around the cemetery.

If you will be at Eleazar Cemetery this weekend for Decoration, would you consider making a donation to the Cemetery Fund? We have donation boxes in 3 areas of the cemetery. We will check them every evening at dusk. We have one of the largest cemeteries in the area (over 1400 graves) and we try our best to keep it mowed, thanks to your donations.
