Country Oaks Baptist Church - Come worship with us, Sundays at 8:30 and 10:30am. Worship - The ultimate goal of the church is worship.

Country Oaks Baptist Church: In-depth verse-by-verse Bible teaching with God-centered contemporary style worship. At Country Oaks we encourage one another to Worship, Grow, and Serve together to glorify God. We want to be a church body that has a deep, red-hot love for Jesus, His Word, and the glory of God. With this shared passion, we join together Sunday mornings to pray, give, sing, preach, fellowship, and enjoy the glory of God in corporate worship. Grow - A healthy church body is one that is growing in its relationship with the Lord. Although God has provided many means for personal growth, we believe growth happens best in context of intimate, loving communities. We offer midweek Growth Groups where you can find encouragement and accountability. Serve - God is a communal God of love (Father, Son & Holy Spirit). Being a God of love, He has commanded His children to follow in His footsteps and actively love one another. In His love, Jesus came to serve not to be served. We long to serve one another with the same attitude as Christ, a self-sacrificial love.

This week, we're praying for our nation, as voting takes place next week. Pray that Election Day will be peaceful and safe for everyone, and that voters will have wisdom and clarity of mind. Pray that the Holy Spirit would fill our hearts with peace, knowing that God has sovereignly placed our leaders in authority at this time.

This week, we are praying for our Student Ministry at COBC! Pray that God would soften many hearts to the Gospel, sanctify them in the truth of Scripture, and bring assurance of His love. Pray that these students would shine as godly examples to those around them. Please pray that our leaders would have wisdom, love, and joy as they lead this group of students in the Lord.

"Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity." 1 Timothy 4:12
