Help Us Warm Hearts in Our Community! ❤️
We are collecting socks for the Topeka Rescue Mission throughout the month of August.

Bring a donation of socks with you when you worship with us for our 5th Sunday Worship on Sunday, August 30, at 9:30 a.m. Come a little early and drop off your socks before worship.
During the service, Pastor Dean will bless the socks and pray for those who will receive them. What a simple way to share God’s love and bring comfort to someone in need.

Tecumseh United Methodist Church and Highland Park United Methodist Church are grateful to welcome Pastor Dean Lashley Jr as he begins his ministry with us on July 1st, 2026 with his first Sunday on July 5th at 9:30 a.m.

Pastor Dean comes to us from Overbrook-Lyndon-Lassar charge, where he has served with dedication, compassion, and a heart for community- focused ministry. His experience leading multi-church congregations and his steady, relational approach to pastoral care will be a blessing to both of our church families.

Please join us on Sunday, July 5th from 8:30 a.m. for a meet and greet (refreshments provided) with Pastor Dean and stay for 9:30 a.m. worship.

If you are unable to attend with us this early in the morning, please join him for worship at Highland Park United Methodist Church at 11:00 a.m.

Hours are 9-Noon Sunday-Thursday

Come out to support the Kiwanis of Tecumseh, Kansas and BSA Troop 18 this Saturday from 7 -11 for their annual pancake feed and silent auction!

Please remember that the Tecumseh Kiwanis Club and Troop 18 are having their annual Pancake Feed and Silent Auction this Saturday, April 18, from 7 AM until 11 AM at the Tecumseh United Methodist Church. You can enjoy all you can eat pancakes along with sausage, cooked to order eggs, orange juice and coffee for only $8.00. Elementary school age children are $4.00 and and kids 6 and under are free.
There is also a silent auction with many items of interest for you to bid on. Kiwanis and Troop 18 are both very active in our community supporting youth and other worthwhile projects. Bring your friends and enjoy a great morning.
