I went on a fishing trip with my awesome cousins on October 3rd. We left on the Jamaica II ship out of Brielle. NJ., traveling about 2 hours out to sea. After the anchor was set, we dropped our lines to about 150 ft. I believe everybody on the ship was catching something.
Cousin Curtis reminded me how to really prepare a Southern fish meal.
Fried Fish (cooked in my Ninja fryer)
Grits with pepper jack cheese
I know most of us like a little hot sauce on the fish, but I have an acid reflux alarm. Lol

Cousin Curtis, Cousin Belina and Cousin Curtis Jr, thank you for inviting me on that trip.
