Local Friends of Scouting ~ Troop 274 needs your help! We need adults who are passionate about sharing the outdoors with teenage scouts and helping them grow to be their very best selves! Maybe you grew up in scouting and want to give back. Maybe you enjoy helping youth learn about the world in which we live and how they can make a difference. YOU can make a difference! Lots of fun was had by scouts from Pack 272 and Troop 274 fishing at the Sink's home at Liledoun. I think everyone caught something, including a couple of turtles.

Scouts BSA Troop 274 (of Taylorsville Presbyterian Church) celebrates the tremendous achievement by Zachary Zirkle for reaching the elite rank of Eagle Scout! It was a great Court of Honor this afternoon to award this highest rank in scouting. Only about 7% of Scouts reach Eagle. Congratulations to Zach!
