Macedonia Baptist Church will be in fellowship with Mount Zion Baptist Church on Sunday, June 7th, 2026, at 10:00 am. The Church Van will leave at 9:20 am for all those who would like to ride. Come Fellowship with MBC at Captains Galley Seafood after Service.

Macedonia Baptist Church would like to thank and congratulate Deacon Jesse "Buster" Mayes for almost 40 years of service. Upon his retirement, he will continue to serve, on the Battle Field for Our Lord and Savior, as the Emeritus Deacon of MBC. Please continue to pray for Deacon Mayes and his lovely wife, Deaconess Fleeta Mayes, and their family. Celebration coming soon. ❤️ 🙏

On this Mother's Day, Macedonia Baptist Church recognized all mothers in attendance, as well as women who, despite not having given birth, have assumed a maternal role in supporting and caring for a child.

The church's oldest mother, Mrs. Caldonia Williams, was honored, with her daughter Phyllis Lackey accepting gifts on her behalf. Recognition was also given to Mrs. Hazel Williams, Mrs. Frances Huntley, and Mrs. Etta Mae Miller.

Furthermore, Ezra Cowans, a graduating high school senior, received a gift from the church, presented by Pastor Ty Michaux, in celebration of his upcoming graduation this month.

Memorial candles were lit to commemorate the lives of deceased women.
