One of the greatest lies of our culture is that we can follow Jesus without intentionally ordering our lives around Him. That somehow he can be a part of our lives without being predominant in all areas.
The rhythms of our lives are forming us. Every week, we’re becoming something. That’s why gathering with God’s people isn’t just another event on the calendar. It’s one of the primary ways we’re formed into the image of Christ. That’s what the church did in Acts. For them, they gathered daily... Yes, we live in a fast-paced world, but it’s important to order our lives and families around HIS presence and sync with other believers who we can grow together.
