Dear _________. This is your Higher Self. I’ve been the one taking care of you, along with some others. I am proud of you for always doing your best. I want you to know that your best has always been appreciated immensely. There is no suffering needed for living your life.

I love you exactly the way you are, with all your choices, feelings and vulnerabilities. I am the one who understands you. No one else in this world can understand you like I can, so listen to me when I say you are perfect as you are and will always be taken care of.

It doesn’t matter what anybody else in your world thinks. They are living in an entirely different universe than you. Their rules are not your rules. Only listen to the ones in charge of your universe. That is me, your Higher Self, and listen to your Lord.

Everything will always be okay. I’m here with you always and will not leave your side. I will be sure that things will always work out for your best.

If you feel shame or guilt about what you’ve done in the past, listen to my voice of unconditional acceptance and love, no matter what you’ve said or done - ever. If you feel worry, remember that I’m right here all the time. There’s absolutely nothing to be worried about. EVER. I’m in charge.
You are perfect, exactly as you are, with all of your feelings and choices. Treat the part of yourself, that offers fear, the way I’m treating you now.
That part has had a hard time, and will be healed with your unconditional love, acceptance and forgiveness.

Myself, and your connection with the Divine are the only ones you should listen to. And We will ALWAYS respond with perfect understanding and perfect love. So you can feel totally safe always in our love and care.

Trust us 100% with everything.

If you hear something in your head that makes you feel bad, know that’s from your old fears and worries. You didn’t know then what I am telling you now. So just listen to your breath instead of those thoughts. Focus on breathing in and out... That will silence those old habits.

Everything will always be okay. Know that, because We will ALWAYS take care of you and be certain that everything in your life will ALWAYS work out well.

Also know that everyone else is doing their best too with love, in their unique universe.
