LONG POST, BUT NEEDED:
God, I pray that You keep the minds of Your People, ease our anxiety, and assure us that You love us and are in control. Remind us of Your Great Love for us. Let us obey the laws of the land all while reconnecting and building a more intimate relationship with You. Help us to be anxious for nothing, but come to You in prayer and tell You what we need. As we tell what we need, we will thank You for what You're going to do no matter what it looks like before our prayers are answered. (Philippians 3:6)
God, help us, Your People, to do what we are supposed to do. You have said that we should humble ourselves, pray, seek You and Your Infinite Wisdom, and turn from our wicked ways. Then and only then will You hear from heaven, forgive us of our sins, and heal our land (II Chronicles 7:14). Let us, Your People, come to You humbly, pray for forgiveness for ourselves and for our world, seek You, O God, for direction (seek Your Face (for guidance) and not Your Hand (for things)), and stop doing those things that we know are against Your Word.
Lord, You have told us in Your Word that You will keep us in perfect peace if we keep our minds on You because we trust in You. (Isaiah 26:3) Help us, O God, to stay focused on You! Let us not allow the news, the president, nor social media to distract us from You. Let it not decrease our faith on You. We're thanking and praising You in advance for bringing us through. In Jesus' Name. Amen!
If we are truthful, we will admit that we have all had moments of anxiety or concern during this COVID-19 pandemic, but we know Who is in control! When moments of fear and doubt come, speak The Word in the atmosphere (Faith comes by hearing and hearing by The Word of God Isaiah 10:17) to help increase your faith. Be safe. Stay at home unless absolutely necessary. Get The Word in your heart during this Stay-at-home time. Now, praise God in advance for bringing us through this!
