Today we gathered with our community for the Memorial Day Service and Parade presented by the Carl A. Schelin American Legion Post 1271, the Volunteer Fire Association of Tappan, and the Tappan Reformed Church.

Thank you to everyone who helped organize, serve, march, and participate in this meaningful day of remembrance. We are grateful for all who came together to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Memorial Day reminds us to pause, remember, and give thanks for the sacrifices made for the freedoms we enjoy today. May we never forget their courage and legacy.

Join us in honoring those who gave everything 🇺🇸 The 2026 Field of Honor at Tappan Reformed Church opens May 16th at 12PM—come walk among the flags and reflect, remember, and give thanks.
Flags will be on display through July 18th, with our Memorial Day Service & Parade on May 25th at 11AM. All are welcome.
