ssociate of Applied Science. My experience in real estate started in 2008 in redeveloping residential properties with my husband. I then moved into a Realtor role at Century 21, finally deciding to join Mihara in 2016. All of these experiences culminated in me to produce a Realtor who understands home construction, hard financial facts, and aesthetics. As a matter of course, I quickly evaluate the quality of a property; know how to match properties to each clientβs unique financial situation, and understand how different elements combine to produce beauty and value in a home. Furthermore, as a person who enjoys an active lifestyle that includes horseback riding, bicycling, boating, and rollerblading, I am perceptive to the lifestyle my clients desire, working with each one to ensure the neighborhood and surrounding area align with their individual needs and preferences.
