Everyone wants a hot girl summer, a gym girl summer, a soft girl summer, or a “main character” summer…
but honestly?
We want a Bible Girl Summer.
A summer where we know God more deeply. A summer full of prayer walks, worship music in the car, reading the Bible in coffee shops, healing, joy, peace, and becoming more like Jesus.
Not just chasing a better body, better aesthetic, or better attention… but a better relationship with God.
The world can keep the temporary trends.
We want the kind of summer that changes us eternally.

Your health is more than a number on a scale or a checklist of routines. It’s your mind, your body, your spirit, and the way you allow God to restore you.
Rest when you need it. Nourish your body. Slow down long enough to breathe and spend time with Jesus.
