At Christ's table, we receive the promises of God and the strength to continue the journey.

Jesus says, "I desire mercy, not sacrifice."

Mercy notices.
Mercy listens.
Mercy forgives.
Mercy welcomes.

In worship, we often pray: "Lord, have mercy."

This prayer, known as the Kyrie, reminds us that we come before God seeking grace, healing, and compassion.

As we receive God's mercy, may we also share that mercy with others.

God’s goodness is woven through creation.

The dawn arrives. The rain falls. New life grows.

Scripture reminds us that God’s presence is as certain as the sunrise and as refreshing as spring rain.

As we move through the week,take a moment to notice signs of God’s goodness— in the water, the plants, the animals, and the people around you.

Creation continues to proclaim the generosity of its Creator.

Thank you to each ringer for sharing your gifts, your dedication, and your musical leadership throughout the year.

A special thank you for welcoming Lisa as temporary director and helping her learn the art of conducting English handbells with confidence.

Your ministry has enriched worship and inspired our congregation throughout the year.

People create all kinds of amazing things: art, music, buildings, stories, and inventions. Yet every human creation points to something greater.

God created the heavens, the earth, the oceans, the land, and every living thing. As amazing as human creativity can be, God's creativity is beyond measure.

Take a moment to watch or rewatch this week's Family Message and reflect on the Creator who made all things.

we praise
our triune God.

Yet on Trinity Sunday,
we pause
to reflect more deeply
on the mystery
of the Father,
Son,
and Holy Spirit.

Come to worship
and receive
the blessings
of the Trinity—
the God
who creates,
redeems,
and sustains us
in love.

The standard greeting with which to Pr. Jennifer begins worship each week is 2 Corinthians 13:13 from our 2nd reading for this coming Sunday: “The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all.” Christian worship begins not simply with “Good morning,” but with a blessing. This statement reminds us that as we share worship in this space together, some come carrying joy, others grief or worry. So we greet one another with something deeper: the grace of Christ, the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit. Even our sharing of peace echoes the church’s earliest worshiping communities, reminding us that we belong to one another in Christ.
